Consultation
We get to know your product, your filling line and your market, and build the packaging spec sheet with you.

Structure and artwork
We define material, gauge, dimensions and inks. Your artwork is reviewed and approved before production.

Sample
When the project calls for it, we produce a sample or run a trial on your machine to validate sealing and performance.

Production
We manufacture through large-scale plants that work exclusively with Aprint: rotogravure printing, lamination and converting.

Import
We handle ocean freight, customs clearance in Manzanillo and arrival at our warehouse in Zapopan.

Delivery
We deliver to your plant anywhere in Mexico, with the certificate of analysis for the lot.

What we need to know about your project.
It is the same technical sheet our team works with. If you are missing any data, we will define it together.
- Product to be packaged. What it is, how it behaves (powder, liquid, greasy, sharp edges) and how much goes into each package.
- Format. Stand-up, flat-bottom, rollstock, woven sack… If you are not sure, we will recommend one.
- Dimensions. Width, height and gusset of the pouch, or width and roll diameter of the rollstock.
- Structure. The material you use today, or the barrier and shelf life you need.
- Printing. Number of colors, finishes and whether you already have artwork.
- Volume. Quantity per order and estimated annual consumption.
- Machine. How you fill today: by hand, pouch filler, vertical, horizontal or flow wrap.
