How do I know the rollstock will run on my machine?

Share the model, the roll width, the core and the unwind direction you use today. With that we build the roll to your machine and, if the project calls for it, run a sample trial on your line.

What structure do I need for snacks?

It depends on shelf life. For snacks we use BOPP matte / VMPET / PE or BOPP / VMBOPP: metallized structures that block light and oxygen and seal well on vertical machines.

Can you make barrier rollstock without metallizing?

Yes. PET / EVOH PE delivers high oxygen barrier in a clear structure.

What does the certificate of analysis include?

Layers, microns, grammage and lot number for every production run. We check it against the spec sheet before delivery.
