What is the difference between laminated and plain woven bags?

The laminated bag carries a rotogravure-printed BOPP film over the weave: better graphics and moisture barrier. The plain sack is printed directly on the woven PP in up to 4 colors and costs less; it is the choice for bulk.

Can the bag handle high-fat kibble?

Yes. For greasy pet food we use up to 5-layer coextrusion and a PE liner that keep grease from migrating to the outside and delaminating the print.

Do you sell the hemming tape separately?

Yes. 2 in woven tape in 750 and 1,400 m rolls, in colors, for closing bags on your sewing machine.

How is a valve sack closed?

It is neither sewn nor sealed: it is filled through the valve, by gravity or air, and the pressure of the product closes the valve.
